Our Home

By setting a high standard for chapter housing, Tri Delta fulfills its mission to add value to the collegiate experience by ensuring safe, comfortable and competitive living environments for our members. Tri Delta homes are a part of our identity and a home away from home to many. Living in your Tri Delta chapter house is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enjoy the comforts of home in a place where you can be yourself and belong to something bigger.

In a Tri Delta home, you'll create lifelong memories with friends who feel like family. Our homes feature safe, welcoming and inclusive spaces that foster sisterhood and belonging.

A New Era for Tri Delta in College Station!

In the fall of 2026, Gamma Alpha returned home to 1503 Olympia Way, beginning an exciting new chapter in our sisterhood. After 45 years of memories and tradition, our new chapter house represents both the legacy we are proud to carry forward and the future of Gamma Alpha at Texas A&M. After 45 years in our former home, the new three-story, 23,000-square-foot house was thoughtfully designed for the future of Gamma Alpha. With space for 62 residents, it features an expanded dining room, dedicated library, private pod-style bathrooms, and welcoming spaces for sisters to gather, study, relax, and celebrate together. As we settle into our new home, we are grateful for the generations of women who helped shape the chapter we are today. We look forward to filling these walls with new traditions, lasting friendships, and memories that will continue the Gamma Alpha legacy for generations to come.
